Thank you for your interest in geriatric and disabled adult and mental health care services in Sonoma County and the Bay Area. My name is Wendy Taylor and I established Taylor Elder and Disabled Adult Care Management in September of 1998. I have a Master's degree in Social Work and I have an extensive background in Hospital, Home Care, and Rehabilitation settings with an emphasis in Immediate and Long Term Planning for Elders, Disabled Adults and people with mental health concerns.
I am a Geriatric Social Work Case Manager and the Founder and Owner of Taylor Elder and Disabled Adult Care Management, Sebastopol CA. My service areas encompass the Bay Area and state of California and throughout the United States.
My qualifications include 38 years as a social worker specializing in medical and mental health care, 33 years of experience as a geriatric and disabled adult social worker providing case management and 25 years of experience as a social work mental health case manager.
I am compassionate in my approach and I am a strong advocate for clients and families. My work over the years personifies the spirit and mission of the social work profession, the love of service to others, and the heart of safety, stability, health and healing for my clients.
